Project Summary
For a private client in Rancho Santa Fe, we were contracted to fabricate and install custom metalwork for a newly constructed Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). The scope of work included approximately 150 linear feet of decorative guardrail and an additional 40 linear feet of stair railing. Both elements were designed to complement the architectural aesthetic of the property while meeting all safety and code compliance requirements. The guardrails and stair railings were fabricated in-house with precision craftsmanship and installed on-site to ensure a seamless fit and finish.
